This product is shipped in two pieces and a backer plate.  Also, with a slit in the back and folded to help save on shipping cost.  Just unfold and attach your backer plate with zip ties and put your bullet pixels in following pixel path starting at the star.  Attach to a stake or a frame  or however you plan to display him standing up.
