Warranty Policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. This page covers warranty terms for All-In-One components — pixels, controllers, receivers, coro props, extensions, show computers, and technical support.
1. Coro Props
Damages or shortages must be reported within 30 days of delivery. After this window, claims cannot be accepted.
2. Pixels
Pixels must be returned to MLS uncut and unmodified for replacement.
Exclusions
- Cutting or altering pixels
- Misuse or improper installation
- Operation outside published specs, including environmental exposure
3. Extensions
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
4. Controllers & Receivers (All-In-One Packages Only)
Voids Coverage
- Uploading non-MLS controller or FPP backup/config files
- Editing port assignments, pixel counts, start channels, voltage settings, or power-injection modes
- Changing E1.31/DDP universes, channel ranges, or multicast/unicast settings
- Modifying FPP Channel Outputs, Input/Output, MultiSync, GPIO, or Player settings
- Changing controller/FPP network parameters (IP, subnet, gateway, Wi-Fi SSID) beyond MLS values
- Importing xLights controller definitions that overwrite MLS mappings
Safe Actions
- Uploading purchased sequence packs to FPP as media or content (leaving controller and FPP config unchanged)
- Adjusting show schedule times in FPP Scheduler (without changing channel/network/output settings)
- Updating a controller or show player config under MLS supervision (exactly as MLS instructs)
Exclusions
- Improper wiring or incorrect power
- Electrical surges or spikes
- Water ingress or environmental conditions beyond rating
- Physical damage
- Hardware or software modifications
5. Show Computers
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Voids Coverage
- Re-imaging the show computer or FPP with a non-MLS image
- Importing non-MLS FPP backups or controller config exports that change outputs/channels
- Editing FPP Channel Outputs, Input/Output, MultiSync, E1.31/DDP, bridge/test modes, or Player settings
- Changing networking (static/DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi/LAN) in ways that break MLS mappings
- Installing scripts or services that alter device mapping, timing, or output behavior
Safe Actions
- Uploading purchased sequence packs to FPP as media or content (leaving system and output config untouched)
- Operating normal start/stop/schedule controls within FPP without changing channel/network/output settings
- Updating a controller or show player config under MLS supervision (exactly as MLS instructs)
Exclusions
- Viruses or malware
- Third-party or user changes that alter system behavior
- Altered system settings
- Physical damage
- Operation outside rated specs
6. Technical Support Warranty (All-In-One Packages)
Availability
Support is available for authorized MLS All-In-One packages and authorized AIO add-on packages matched to an MLS AIO system on record.
Scope of Support
Assistance with MLS-provided AIO images, firmware, configuration files, and standard setup or operation as originally delivered by MLS.
After a Void
Technical support remains available at an hourly cost with a 1-hour minimum.
Pre-Approval
Contact MLS Support for written approval before making system-level changes. Approved changes remain eligible within this support term.
7. General Warranty Conditions
Proof of Purchase
Required for all warranty claims.
Returns & Shipping
Customer is responsible for inbound shipping on warranty returns unless otherwise specified by MLS.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or neglect
- Improper installation
- Cosmetic damage
- Acts of nature (lightning, flood, fire, etc.)
- Operation outside rated specifications
Configuration Changes (System-Wide)
Any alteration of configuration files on the controller or FPP/show player — outside the MLS-provided AIO configuration — voids the complete warranty and the Technical Support Warranty until the system is restored to MLS-provided AIO config and verified by MLS. Service fees may apply.
All-In-One Limitation
Controller and receiver coverage is limited to products sold as part of MLS All-In-One packages, not standalone units unless expressly stated.
No Extension of Term
Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend or renew the original warranty period.
Remedy
At MLS's discretion, remedies may include repair, replacement, or equivalent credit for the defective item.
Non-Transferable
All warranties apply only to the original purchaser listed on the order and are not transferable to subsequent owners or recipients.
