Residential Design Package (STEP 1)

Full layout design to match the architecture of your home/small building which will include, but not limited to:

        * Roof outlines  
        * Door outlines
        * Window outlines
        * House prop placement (ie. Snowflakes, spinners, spiders, bats)
        * Yard prop placement (ie. Trees, candy canes, tombstones)

All models with proper labelings
All models placed in MLS used groups
All groups placed correctly in “Master View”
One revision included

All outlines are created based on measurements given from customer to MLS.  Some adjustments may be needed from customer. Please use contact form for large residential or commercial building inquiries.
